Two Most Promising Engineer of the Year Award winners have been nominated for 2010 Gemini Awards.

Trevor Morris, Engineer of the Year 1988-89 is up for Best Original Music Score for a Program or Series for "The Tudors."

Trevor owns a studio in LA and has worked recently on shows like "Pillars of the Earth" and "The Bridge."

Shaun Firth, Most Promising Engineer 1990-1991 is nominated for Best Sound in an Information/Documentary Program or Series for his work as re-recording mixer on the documentary series "Empire of the Word."

He is a re-recording mixer, engineer and sound editor working at Spence-Thomas audio post in Toronto.

It's likely in an industry so dominated by Music Industry Arts grads that there are many more of us nominated.
