At this point you can't upload video, but you can link to it on sites like YouYube.com

For example, when viewing a video on YouTube, click the share button and copy the link that looks like this;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmXfPweM_pY

Other video sites will supply you with similar links.

Come back here, click add videos, paste in your link, and save.
